Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by sleepwdjsl B.V. (Registration Number: G65202145, VAT: NL620321752B02), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sleepwdjsl, a company registered in the Netherlands with its registered office at Berkenlaan 287, 3030 EK Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands.

Description of Services

sleepwdjsl provides mobile food truck catering services throughout Rotterdam and South Holland, including but not limited to:

• Corporate event catering
• Festival and public event food service
• Private party catering
• Street food service at designated locations
• Custom menu development and consultation

Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by sleepwdjsl. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion.

Booking requests should be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Rush bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due on the day of service
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash
• All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT
• Late payment may result in service cancellation

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the notice period:

• More than 14 days: Full refund of deposit
• 7-14 days: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• Same day cancellation: Full payment required

sleepwdjsl reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), in which case a full refund will be provided.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event information and requirements
• Ensure adequate space and access for our food truck
• Obtain necessary permits and permissions for the event
• Provide access to electricity and water if required
• Notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies
• Ensure safe working conditions for our staff

Health and Safety

sleepwdjsl maintains all required food safety certifications and insurance. We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols. However, customers with severe allergies should inform us in advance, and we cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens in our food preparation area.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of sleepwdjsl or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our recipes, menu items, and business processes are proprietary to sleepwdjsl and constitute trade secrets protected under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sleepwdjsl's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Force Majeure

sleepwdjsl shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with GDPR and Dutch privacy laws.

Modification of Terms

sleepwdjsl reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the cancellation policy. sleepwdjsl may immediately terminate services if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business or reputation.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and you must cease all use of our services and return any proprietary materials.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and sleepwdjsl regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
